A Springfield police officer accused of tazing a pregnant woman back in September - all caught on body-cam video - answered to charges against him in court on Wednesday. The Springfield Police Department told Western Mass News this is the first officer who is facing criminal charges following actions captured on police body-cam video since the program went into effect just over a year ago.
