I am Going through an unfair court battle myself it started out with a complaint to adot over the damages and safety issues that the neglected potholes were creating on our highways and suggested that us citizens should be issued a waiver of payments of our regestration Fees if they Were going to continue to neglect their responsibility to maintain our highways but they were rejecting my emails saying they weren’t formatted correctly so I contacted channel 15 operation safe roads made an on camera interview and they were forced to make the repairs at one town meeting they said that they didn’t have the money in the budget to do anything about them until 2025 and the potholes have started to become an issue in 2022 so they didn’t feel that the safety of us citizens was a priority over constru a sub that was consuming the budget money I’m not stupid I can see exactly what was going on but given the lack of concern over the public safety with the condition of the roads they don’t hesitae for a second to come up with a bogus excuse to make a traffic stop in order to issue a citation for no seatbelt another unfair law devised to extort money from the public I don’t wear a seatbelt for 2 reasons first is traumatises me because I had to watch a man burn alive in his truck because I couldnt cut it off of him before his truck was so consumed in flames I was burned and could close enough fin cutting It off and I blame myself for not just getting burned or trying hard enough but praying that he would stop screaming out in pain Second is I the gov dictate to anyone of the age of consent what they are required to do for their own personal safety if I decide that I want to live on the edge not wear a that shouldn’t be a concern of the government or something to take The law enforcment officers away from doing actual police work like catching child molesters and people who are creating a real public safety issue I mean I am always hearing raising the salar of police officers and needing to hire more because there’s a shortage let’s start by teaching them time management priortising Their time because it has occurred to me that they are focused on policing us honest citizens for our minor indescretions that real publoc safety but rule violations generate income for the court system it a thing it’s call revenue generating citations and it is a very big part of what they rely on to fund several services that Is an unethical way to fund government programs because it takes focus away from policing crimes that are public safety issues and prey on us citizens who are going to pay and It is creating an antitrust situation between the public and Law enforcement because before I went on on camera interview with channel 15 news I had a very clear respect for law enforcement and I was never bothered with any thing besides a no seatbelt citation but since the interview I have been stopped for a smudge on my license plate and issued seatbelt tickets and I have had a dps officer blind me with his lights to the point I voluntarily pulled over to the shoulder for him to pass only to have him take 45 minutes of my time trying to issue me a DUI citation fortunately I was not going to be railroaded into a DUI arrest and pointed it out to him that I would be fighting this to the extent of the law because unless we go to the hospital so that I could submit a blood test nothing that he gathered here would ever be considered evidence in a jury trial due to the fact that you are asking a handicap citizen to preform a field sobriety test that is medically impossible for me if he would like to continue with this inappropriate treatment of a handicapped citizen he would need to hire a lawyer of his own to help him with the charges that the ada would have him fighting be when I leave here I will be on my way to the hospital to submit to a complete blood screen to make damn sure that I have the evidence to prove that I am not under the influence of any mind altering substance besides the glass of milk that was going to start to sour as long as I have been held up for you blinding me forcing me off the road so unless you have anything else you want to try to falsely accuse me of we are finished here so after a few more annoying traffic stops that no cita iss just annoyances to publicly embarrass me I finally was pulled over nothing Specif at first just to pull me over but I not aware that my insurance had expired so that was his reason for a traffic stop he told me that my plates had been suspended for no insurance and he has to impound my plates from my truck impounded plates and told me that all I needed to do was to take care of my insurance go mvd an they would give me new plates well fast forwa today I had my license suspended in ord keep it I have keep SR22 insurance but I can’t drive My car bec they placed a hold on registration I have been unable have the privle to dri for a year now and I have lost my job and they charging me 2,200 in fines and court fees I think should have to pay me for the wages I have lost due to them causing me to loose my job
